I wanted to personally thank you for a great first bootcamp experience!
I had completely forgotten how good it feels to really push it and
sweat! I opted out of the after BC analysis because I thought I
would be disappointed by the results but I got on the scale at Karla's
curves and according to it I've dropped about 6 pounds!
I'm proud of myself for upping my pushups by about 10 and shaving
a minute off my mile...hope to see you beachside sometime over the
next 4 weeks!

I have had an absolute ball at Boot Camp! Met some very nice ladies,
worked my tail off (but still have a ways to go!) and am feeling
much better about the direction my health is headed. This is a great

A woman I play tennis with said to me today…”your
game has really improved the past few months”…I am less
tired during and after matches. That endurance allows me to be more
focused on the game and less focused on my breathing! My shots are
more consistent and stronger! The only thing I have changed in the
past 4 months is boot camp so, that must be the difference! -- Jennie
